Discover Graduate Programme
This is a permanent work opportunity supported by a two-year skills training program created exclusively for the development of future leaders. By the end of 2024, applicants must have finished at least their undergraduate degree or an equivalent degree. The programme’s start date is February 1, 2025.
The Programme provides graduates with a comprehensive experience of our business, including mentorship and coaching, as well as on-the-job training, all while earning a full wage and receiving all of the perks of a full-time employee. At the conclusion of two years, you will move into a destination role within the organization. Following the successful completion of your graduate study, you will be able to apply for more challenging assignments both locally and abroad in order to expand your experience and leadership capabilities.

Programme requirements:
- Must have fewer than two years of post-study job experience.
- Must be 26 years or younger.
- South African citizen by birth, naturalization, or permanent residency.
- However, inhabitants of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Kenya, Lesotho, Mozambique, Ethiopia, Egypt, and Tanzania are urged to apply for consideration in those markets.
- Must have a minimum of 65% aggregate in finished or most recent academic results.
- Must have a B-degree (B-Com, BSc, or B-Tech) (NQF 7).
- A three-year National Diploma (NQF 6) will only be accepted in the following areas:
Electrical/Electronic Engineering
Computer Software Engineering and Information Systems/Technology
Internship Programme:
The Vodacom Internship programme is a 12-month fixed-term contract that gives job experience supported by a carefully developed training program. It enables individuals to obtain significant work experience, explore career paths, network with specialists in the field, and make a living.
This programme serves as a conduit into the Vodacom Discover Graduate Programme, as well as a move into permanent jobs as opportunities emerge. By the end of 2024, applicants must have completed at least an undergraduate degree or its equivalent. The start dates are 1 February and 1 March 2025.
The Vodacom Internship Programme aims to:
Create a competent talent pipeline for Vodacom’s core business sectors and provide chances for unemployed graduates with relevant qualifications.
Programme requirements:
- South African citizen by birth.
- Must have 0-1 year of post-study employment experience.
- Must be 26 years or younger.
Must have a minimum of 65% aggregate in finished or most recent academic results. - Must have a B-degree (B-Com, BSc, or B-Tech) (NQF 7).
