Job Description
In this post, you will be a part of the Mass Foundation Cluster, one of Old Mutual’s major customer-facing business sectors. The HC Consultant’s primary responsibility is to implement the people plan for the chosen client region. The HC Consultant is in charge of collaborating with their clients and offering advice/guidance on a wide range of HR practices, as well as ensuring that HR processes are implemented correctly. The successful candidate will be held individually accountable for delivering achievements through self-effort throughout durations ranging from three months to a year.
Provides HR support and advice to internal clients based on a thorough understanding of their requirements.
Analyzes HR data and makes recommendations for HR interventions and enhancements to boost employee performance.
Assists HRBPs in the implementation of organizational development, effectiveness, and employee engagement programs as needed.
Supports the implementation of change initiatives as needed.
Implements people-planning activities and HR processes in your assigned client locations.
Delivers the HR Calendar in client areas with discipline and within agreed-upon dates.
Clients sign contracts for deliveries ranging from three months to one year.
Follows HR regulations and protocols.
Requirements
3-5 years’ experience in a similar job.
Experience in the financial services industry will be beneficial.
Relevant HR qualification.
Skills
Analytical thinking, collaboration, leadership with influence, personal mastery, proactive approach, and customer-first.
Education.
National Diploma (NatDip) (required).
