Rainbow Chicken is looking for its next group of future leaders. Our Management Trainee Programme lasts four to five years and is intended to expedite the development of future potential leaders.
The training allows graduates to develop their potential while learning about our company and its operations. It will prepare potential graduates by teaching workplace culture, ethics, leadership, and strategic action in their respective professions, as well as assisting them in discovering their purpose across a variety of roles
Participants will benefit from the 70 | 20 | 10 Learning Model, which involves formal training and development, hands-on work experience, networking, and stakeholder connection building.
In addition, each trainee will be assigned a dedicated mentor to advise and encourage them throughout the program.
Minimum requirements:
A suitable bachelor’s degree in the corresponding discipline.

What are the requirements?
Completion of a degree or currently enrolled in the last year i.e. BCom, BTech, BSc, or BSc (Honours) degree in the fields listed below:
Engineering (industrial, electrical, mechanical, and industrial).
Food Science/Food Technology
Food Safety/Quality Assurance
Animal Science
Veterinary Science
Human Resources
Practical experience is limited to two years in the desired sector.
Embrace agile working and be flexible to relocate as needed.
Academic Performance: Achieved at least 60% in main topics during second and third years of study, exceeding the average.
Computer literacy requires proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word.
Applicants must be South African citizens or permanent residents with a valid driver’s license and the ability to commute on their own.
