Minimum requirements:

  • South African Citizen
  • Residents of Ekurhuleni
  • Knowledge of municipal services.
  • Report Writing Skills
  • Expertise in the city’s languages and dynamics, as well as strong communication abilities.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Check and validate that all applications for all project supporting materials are properly filled out.
  • Report to the Project Manager any issues that arise from executing assigned duties.
  • Perform tasks such as doing Check the cold room temperatures and compressors.
  • Stock management on the project site.
  • Clean up spills during offloading and stacking, and prevent theft and injury.
  • Implement helpful activities and techniques.
  • Integrate use of interpersonal skills and knowledge.
  • Prepare and consolidate the daily attendance and payment registers for EPWP field personnel.
  • Compile reports with images of site operations.
  • Perform any other administrative tasks connected to Departmental projects.
  • Inspect equipment, work progress, and confirm compliance with standard operating procedures.
  • Candidates may be asked to provide verification of the NQF level appropriate for the qualifications they have acquired.
  • If candidates are not informed of the outcome of their application within six weeks after the closing date, it should be considered unsuccessful.
