Full Job Description
Managed People Solutions is offering internship opportunities to young, unemployed, and ambitious TVET students seeking work experience. Interns will be assigned to a retail store and perform basic merchandiser duties. This opportunity is exclusively available to Pietermaritzburg residents who have finished their TVET College N6 Certificate (and are intending to complete their 18-month workplace experience program before applying for the N6 Diploma).
Key Responsibilities:
- Determine the stock to be merchandised.
- Determine the stock requirements.
- Check for vintage, shelf quality, stock rotation, and price tags.
- Execute merchandising efforts as per the cycle brief.
- Feedback on customer complaints, questions, and requests
- Communicate and maintain knowledge of products and promotions.
- Effectively document merchandising activity.
- Execute calls as per the call cycle.
- Inform RSM about out-of-stock items.
Requirements:
- Under the age of 28 years old.
- N6 TVET Certificate

Stipend: R3 500
