Main Purpose:

Responsible for supporting clients and fulfilling specified milestones in order to provide the highest possible level of customer service.

Key Performance Areas:

  1. Cash control
    Perform a cash desk function.
    Daily cash control and banking systems ensure zero cash variations.
    Manual transactions are accurately recorded.
  2. Stock Control
    Stock management techniques are followed everyday.
    Customers’ orders are followed up.
    Weekly stock counts are done accurately.
    Storeroom department is in good condition.
    The shoe pairing exercise is conducted weekly.
  3. Customer Service:
    Offer exceptional client service.
    Internal and external customer connection building
    Maintain positive customer interactions
    Product knowledge

Minimum Requirements:

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 years’ retail experience 

Qualifications:

  • Complete Matric/Grade 12

  • Retail administration disciplines.
  • Stock and cash management
  • Product knowledge
  • Sales knowledge and capabilities
  • Knowledge and comprehension of policies and procedures related to the cash desk, stockroom, administration, and all other relevant policies.
