Qualifications:

  • Grade 12 Matric qualification
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: To make sure that customers receive good service when they visit the service center. 
  • Sales Targets: Aim at reaching the expected sales levels as set by your company. 
  • Product Knowledge: Be aware of the most recent information on goods in order to help customers properly. 
  • Merchandising and Store Presentation: Display items in such a way that customers are attracted and, also, maintain the store’s professional look. 
  • Safety & Security: Help in keeping the safety and security.
