About the Role:
Join our dynamic graduate programme at FSA and embark on a transformative journey across various business areas. Over a period of 3 years, you will rotate through three core business domains, gaining invaluable exposure to quantitative risk management techniques. This includes hands-on experience in risk and financial modelling, designing and implementing risk/capital/funding frameworks, stress testing, regulatory developments, financial instrument valuations, and pricing.

Qualifications:
University graduate or in the final year of study pursuing a (BCom / BSc / BBSc) or Honours degree in:
- Actuarial Science
- Computer/Data Science/Analytics
- Engineering (preferably Electrical or Electronic)
- Mathematical Sciences/Statistics
- (Applied/Financial) Mathematics
- Physics
- Quantitative Risk Management
- (Applied) Statistics
- Any other relevant degree
Professional Qualification
Intention to pursue a professional qualification (CFA / FRM / PRM / FIA / FASSA) is advantageous
Computer Literacy:
Proficiency in C#, Matlab, Python, R, SAS, or VBA is advantageous.
