Key Purpose of the role
The Learnership program at Discovery is designed to lead to a nationally recognized FETC: IT Technical Support qualification. This thorough program combines organized learning with hands-on experience in the IT Servicing Team. - Contact Center (Digital Support): Learn about digital assistance and customer contact.

Education and Experience
To be eligible for this fantastic opportunity, you must have:
- Grade 12: A high school diploma is required.
- Minimum Level 4 (50%) in Mathematics
- English: at least Level 4 (50%)
- Minimum Math Literacy: Level 5 (60%)
- Second Language: at least Level 4 (50%)
- While it is not required, having an incomplete tertiary IT qualification is desirable.
Specific Requirements
To be eligible for this learnership, you must meet the following requirements:
- Not be enrolled in post-secondary education or work.
- Have no prior experience with learnerships.
- You must be between the ages of 18 and 30.
- Have strong communication abilities in both written and spoken English.
- Have basic computer abilities, especially in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
