Key Purpose

The Performance Services of Discovery Learnership is the first step toward a career in Human Resources. This curriculum is designed to give you hands-on experience and a firm foundation in human resources administration. As a key member of the Performance Services Team, you will be responsible for different facets of human resources, such as recruiting administration, data management, reporting, and more.

  • Acting as a Discovery Health Performance Services ambassador

Education and Experience

You must meet the following basic requirements to be considered for this great opportunity:

  • Matric: English must have a minimum of 50%.
  • Human Resource-Related Qualification: This qualification must have been completed within the last 18 months.
