Key Purpose
The Performance Services of Discovery Learnership is the first step toward a career in Human Resources. This curriculum is designed to give you hands-on experience and a firm foundation in human resources administration. As a key member of the Performance Services Team, you will be responsible for different facets of human resources, such as recruiting administration, data management, reporting, and more.

Education and Experience
You must meet the following basic requirements to be considered for this great opportunity:
- Matric: English must have a minimum of 50%.
- Human Resource-Related Qualification: This qualification must have been completed within the last 18 months.
