Assist management with day-to-day store maintenance, delivering outstanding service and adhering to all business policies and procedures.
Key responsibilities:
Additional duties may be allocated.
Ensures that each customer receives the greatest quality of adidas service.
As needed, completes regular sales transactions including cash, credit, checks, and so forth.
Involved in product ticketing and checking paperwork against received items.
Assists with product flow from stockroom to sales floor on a fill-in basis.
Ensure that company assets and stock are always safeguarded to prevent shrinkage.
Assists in the creation of merchandise displays or adheres to suggestions or timetables offered by the store management team.
Learn how to use the point-of-sale system.
Maintain integrity by following policies and procedures.
Utilizes selling strategies such as add-on sales and explaining technical information to customers to improve salesmanship and meet store and position sales targets.
Welcomes consumers to the store and helps them find the proper product.
Occasionally, acts primarily as a greeter at the front door during busy workdays.
Maintaining general housekeeping standards.

Education & Experience Requirements:
