We are looking for a trustworthy and customer-focused Cashier to join our team. The Cashier’s responsibilities will include processing customer payments, handling cash transactions, and delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be polite and professional, with strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced atmosphere.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting clients and assisting with purchases, accurately ringing up sales and processing payments, handling cash and credit card transactions, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and providing great customer service to resolve complaints and difficulties.
- Stay up-to-date on shop products and promotions
- Help stock and organize merchandise as needed
- Adhere to corporate policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior retail or customer service experience desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to operate in a fast-paced environment
- Strong arithmetic abilities and attention to detail
- Dependable and prompt.
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
