Primary Function:
Administrative tasks such as receiving, processing, routing, updating, and monitoring documentation, getting visitors, capturing information, typing memos, letters, and reports, dealing with routine inquiries, making appointments, managing venue reservations, ordering supplies such as stationery and refreshments, and maintaining records that have already been filled out in a main archive.
Key Performance Areas:
Accept and process all documents delivered to the line manager, making a notation, a copy, and a recommendation.
Gather all reports for committee and departmental MANCO submissions.
Communication and information exchange within the Sub-Directorate
Control the flow of people coming and going from the building.
